Terms for the current pre-release service.
Last updated: 16 July 2026.
Clear2Land is owned and operated by Christopher Robinson. These terms apply when you use the live account, pilot profile, virtual airline and manual logbook features on clear2land.uk. By using a signed-in feature, you agree to these terms and the current privacy notice.
Downloads, automatic flight capture, verified career records, paid features and app entitlements are not offered by this site yet. The current web service is provided without a purchase.
Use your own identity and material.
Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information for your own pilot identity. Do not impersonate another person, evade callsign or airline limits, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or rights-infringing material. We may remove such material or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the service or other users.
You retain ownership of names, livery descriptions and other material you submit. You give Clear2Land a limited licence to store, process and display that material only to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.
Manual logbook entries are user-supplied drafts. They are not verified flight evidence and do not create career standing, league rank, payment, ownership or app entitlement. Do not rely on placeholder hours or grades as an authoritative aviation or employment record.
A flight-simulation service.
Clear2Land is entertainment software for flight simulators. It is not real-world aviation software, training, navigation, dispatch or operational advice. Never use it to make a real-world aviation decision.
Pre-release features may change, pause or be withdrawn as the product is tested. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every simulator, aircraft or browser. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; otherwise, Clear2Land is not responsible for losses outside its reasonable control.
Your account choices.
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion through the privacy contact. We may suspend or close access for serious or repeated breach, security risk, unlawful use, or if the pre-release service closes. Where practical, we will explain the reason.
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. Mandatory consumer rights and any right to bring a claim in another court are not affected. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
